In order to be eligible for a federal loans a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be completed and aid is granted based upon student need, tuition rates with the college, and other factors. I must add, I have never had virtually any emotional disorder during my life and am a skeptic of anti-depressants. The application deadline is late April, but it is best to apply much sooner.
