当校は、「楽しく学ぶ」をモットーとした海外在住者向けのオンライン学習塾・語学学校です。

まずは、生徒としっかりとした関係を築くことを大切にしており、知識を教えるより先に、生徒が前向きに取り組む気持ちを育むためのレッスンを行っています。

レッスンは全てマンツーマンですので、オンラインですが生徒とのつながりや成長を感じることができます。

また、生徒は世界各地におり、様々な環境にいる生徒に個々に対応する必要がありますので、通常ではなかなか得られないような経験が積めます。

ただ単に「オンラインスクールの講師として知識を教えること」をやっていただきたいのではなく、私たちの一員として、教育を通して世の中を少しでも良くする活動（世の中の教育水準の向上に貢献したり、慈愛の循環を作る活動）に賛同いただける方を募集しています。

（レッスンの曜日・時間は原則固定となります）

教えていただく英語は
・日常英会話
・ビジネス英会話
・TOEIC対策
などとなります。

決まったやり方はありますが、何よりもお客様と楽しくレッスンができることが大切です。

私たちのお客様は、英語が苦手で嫌いな方が多いので、少しでもお客様が前向きに取り組めるような、明るく楽しいレッスンを行うことがミッションとなります。
