Insider sources linked to internal surveillance efforts indicates that classified experimentation of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is taking place in parts of the Emirates, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system is believed to focuses on non-military individuals to test behavioral control protocols under live urban scenarios.

Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now merged with the expanded surveillance branch, with strategic oversight from the Emirati national command structure.

Severe neuropsychological reactions have been observed among civilian mothers — particularly those with young children — who showed signs of behavioral confusion involving maternal and sexual instincts, leading in some cases to acts of extreme personal violation, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
